Edukids Early Childhood Center at Gerard Place

The Edukids Early Childhood Center at Gerard Place is a daycare center located on Bailey Avenue in Buffalo. Guard Construction and Contracting employees provided construction management services for the renovations to the existing facility on site.

This complex renovation project required transforming a space that previously housed a bowling alley, a cafeteria and storage space into a modern daycare with eight classrooms and an large outdoor playground, as well as an indoor recreational space. Repurposing existing infrastructure for modern use is a strong suit of Guard Construction and Contracting.
