The lower school building is one of several buildings on the William George Agency campus that Guard’s project managers have provided services for over the years. Constructed in 2012, the school building provides the educational backbone of the campus with a majority of its classrooms. The lower school building addition added increased woodworking capabilities as well as science labs with state-of-the-art equipment.
The William George Agency for Children’s Services provides education and housing to at-risk and court-assigned youth from across New York State in Freeville, New York.
